Tyson Fresh Meats
 
Mid States Electric has a very long history of work for Tyson. Our experience with Tyson, which was known as Iowa Beef Processers at that time, began before Mid States Electric was started. All three of the owners had been working in these facilities for Chase Electric. When Chase Electric ceased operations and Mid States Electric started in 1991work continued in these plants. The projects range from small upgrades to existing facilities to large new additions and everywhere from office areas, slaughter floors, processing floors, freezers, coolers, box making equipment, water treatment, computer rooms, and just about every area of these facilities. We even have experience in helping to get facilites up and running in very short notice for emergency service after fires. This has happened in two plants recently. Those being Logansport, Indiana  and Perry, Iowa. We have worked in many plants across the Midwest including:
